Objectives of the call for projects
- Promoting international co-productions
Promote opportunities for cross-financing.
Encourage cinematographic collaborations between film professionals from Wallonia-Brussels and Senegal. Support cultural and artistic exchanges to enrich project content.
- Development of innovative projects
Accompany film projects in their development phase, providing technical and artistic support.
Provide follow-up and expert advice to enhance the quality and feasibility of projects.
- Professional capacity building
To provide networking and collaboration opportunities for entrepreneurs in both regions.
To enable professionals to share their skills and benefit from personalized support.
Eligibility requirements
Participants and their projects must meet the following conditions:
- Mandatory representation Projects must be presented by their producer, director, or author in the case of self-production.
- Attendance required Representatives must attend the workshops in Belgium and Dakar.
- Eligible projects Only feature-length fiction projects and series in development or pre-production with a legitimate natural interest in a Wallonia-Brussels-Senegal co-production (location, nationality of writers/directors/producers) are eligible.
- Language Applications must be submitted in English or French.
